Ken was an absolute treat to deal with, a straight up decent guy. Ken was acting as the vendor's agent and was always friendly and efficient, from responding to my initial inquiry, facilitating purchase negotiations right through to the successful exchange of sale contracts. The property will be developed for a landmark new retail/commercial/residential complex in Margaret River. I'm really excited for the project and will consult Ken during the initial design and development stages, as well as the later sales phase as he clearly has great local knowledge that will help make the development a commercial success.
