After an initial quick chat, Alison reviewed my property and very quickly got back to me with her expectations of what interest and value it might attract if exposed to the market. We agreed on a minimalist marketing campaign. I expressed concerns that the summer holiday period might be a quiet time and I didn’t want to have it exposed for an extended period. Alison assured me that the vibe was that the market would remain hot over the Christmas and New Year period. I took the advice. Not only did Alison’s advice prove true, also the response was very quick and the expected value estimates also proved very accurate. Alison’s involvement did not end with the signing of the sale contract. She remained in constant contact with me and engaged with the settlement agent, ensuring that all steps in the process occurred on the planned schedule, through to the money hitting my bank account.
