Peter puts in the hard work.
When I decided to sell my unit in Brisbane I turned to Peter Thatcher, a local Strathpine agent. I had spoken to Peter on several occasions in the past and decided to give him a chance. He put a lot of effort into driving into the city for showings and the hard work payed off. The property was sold and now I'm in the market for a local property and will go through Peter in my search. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again Peter.

Peter is easy to talk to and understands the stress involved with selling and buying on the same day. we received nothing but help with all the hurdles involved in making the transition and were extremely happy with the outcome. all we wanted was a no BS agent and that is what we got.highly recommended

Excellent Service

You won't find a better agent!
Having bought and sold a few times now, we've experienced our fair share of agents, and can honestly say that Peter is the best. Professional, honest, genuine, and worked hard to get us the best price for our home. Peter's level of service was exceptional and many times went above and beyond throughout the process. After speaking with a number of agents we chose to go with Peter Thatcher as he felt the least like a sales man to us. He was very personable and friendly with our children and family. He knew the area and the housing market and knew the most appropriate sale price for our home. When Peter first visited our home he knew what aspects to push for the sale and what the good points of our home were. He spoke very positively of our home and I felt he was a good representative on our behalf. I would recommend Peter as a great agent if selling your home.

Peter always acted professionally and delivered on expectations. Peter knew the local market and provided reliable advice regarding price expectations and preparing the house for sale. Peter was always easy to contact and easy to communicate with. A matter which was raised as a result of the building and pest report was very well handled and maintained the sale of the property with minimal disruption.
