An excellent effort to meet our investment criteria
We have often turned to Glen to give us the most accurate and current reading of the local market without the fluff and nonsense that sometimes is heard from younger or less well informed agents keen to serve no more than just the seller. GREAT PURCHASER EXPERIENCE
Glen extended great service for my recent purchase, as did his Associate Callym Beric. I knew of Glen previously via his reputation as an experienced real estate professional, and I am grateful to have benefited from his expertise as I finally purchased my new home after a 6 month search. Buying at Auction was a first for me; I was really anxious about the process and on the big day both Glen and Callym were helpful in guiding me through, and in their follow up post the Auction and through to Settlement. And an extra big thank you for the lovely touches of the welcome bow and message on my apartment door, and a lovely bottle of champagne and candle and card, on Settlement Day. For a purchaser that was above and beyond and totally unexpected and made this milestone even more special. If you are looking to sell or buy here on the Gold Coast I highly recommend Glen Williams, and his Associate Callym Beric. They are a knowledgeable team who deliver a timely very personal service. My review on Glen Williams selling my property on Chevron Island
I am writing this review for my agent Glen Williams. I spoke to 6 different agents before deciding on Glen. Right away I was happy with him, he truly made me feel comfortable and if there was something I didn’t like about the way certain things were going, Glen changed it to suit me. Glen was very patient and didn’t push me like most agents. So I became very relaxed with him and worked together so well.
