Wow! Talk about going above and beyond!
My family cannot thank Glen and his team enough for the commitment and kindness they showed us when selling our apartment. The communication was exceptional and the assistance offered was second to none. Having to sell whilst living in another state was made hassle free, as we felt we were working with somebody who was trustworthy and who had come highly recommended by others. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bought and now sold an apartment
Bought an apartment on line while living in Thailand . I found Harry to be a very good professional agent and went to a lot of trouble . Even phoning me on Line Video , Then he assisted me in arranging Ray White to rent that apartment for 2 years . Then contacting me to inform me that if I wanted to sell I could make money and he had interested buyers .We were living in the unit at the time and I informed him that our money was in Thailand and would have a problem with the selling expenses , no problem, he arranged for that to be paid on settlement. He then sold that unit for more than asking price I have 18 properties and a lot more in the past, I have known literally hundreds of agents. Harry to me is the best that I have known. He is firstly very honest ( Not usual ) . He is not pretty ( Like a lot insist on, not mentioning any names) but he is the best. Ray White will miss him when he eventually retires. I would choose him again as my agent if I choose to buy or sell in Surfers again

My experience with Harry
I live overseas and I have had two holiday rentals properties in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast for over ten years. I contacted Harry of Ray White whom I met while on holiday many years ago. I've been receiving news about what's going on in the property market from him, particularly on the Gold Coast, and recently I've asked for his opinion on marketing perspective. He advised me that now was the best time to sell the properties. He recommended me that it was the right time to sell the properties. Despite the fact that the Covid-19 was still present, I think he was right and because of my health, I chose to agree with the idea. He suggested auction is the ideal option to sell the properties but could be done if offers received prior to the auction satisfies with our criteria,which I agree with. Because of his meticulous planning and timing on the marketing side, as well as his desire to follow through on contacting potential buyers, we had a flood of interest purchasers within minutes of putting them on the market. We were able to close on both properties at the same time. The most significant thing I find about Harry is that he is extremely dependable and committed to the business at hand, and I have no reservations in recommending him as my first choice for selling or even purchasing properties.
