To all future sellers with Glenn, I would like to share my experiences with Glenn and Ray White Surfers Paradise. I engaged Glenn Shillig from Ray White Surfers Paradise to sell my former home, at 24 Pintail Crescent, Burleigh Waters, through an auction on site. This was quite a difficult time for me, as I was going through a separation, and I had only ever sold one house before, by private treaty. When first discussing the sales options with Glenn, he was very clear in what he believed would be the best way to sell my house. from the outset, Glenn provided me with any and all (and even more) information on selling via auction and private treaty, and I decided to go with the auction process as per his information. From the start, Glenn being a licensed valuer, he was able to give us a price guide to work with, helped me with organizing finishing the house ready for sale, staging the house, the marketing package right through to the final sale. And when I say Glenn, I mean the whole Ray White Surfers Paradise team!! Throughout the process, I found the whole team especially helpful, clear and concise, ready to take any call on any questions that I had any time, and also supporting me throughout the entire time. Come auction day, even though very nervous, I was supported throughout the process by Glenn and his team, and was very satisfied that we got the sale, and on excellent terms as well!! Glen came recommended to me by a friend who has bought and sold a lot of properties on the Gold Coast. Glen is straight down the line with his advice and pretty spot on with his valuations of properties as well, he also kept me informed of any updates regarding inquiries, inspections and similar sales etc. We knew when it listed that my property would take some time to sell, and Glen persisted with marketing my property until it sold for a decent price.
