Got a good result with this agent
In the end got the sale for a fair price estimate. Glen is a very professional, talented and knowledgeable agent. But, be wary of typical real estate industry traps, such as paying too much up front etc... I would definitely recommend Glen

Ours was the sale of a unit in Surfers Paradise. A competitive market in which Glenn provided clear, straight talking advice. He was always contactable and willing to assist, working well with ourselves, the building caretaker, and the tenants. His negotiations with the buyer saw agreement reached within a short time, and we are pleased with the result. Well done Glenn!

100% recommend
Very effective agent from a seller's point of view. Gave me continuous updates from Feedback on open homes, Updates on all stages of contract through to conveyancing. Answered all my queries and shared his knowledge. Very easy to work with and nothing was a problem, always helpful and got back to me precisely when he said he would. Would use Glenn again should I need an agent in the future, And will recommend him 100%
