I originally bought my unit through Gavin so didn't hesitate when it came to selling. He is very experienced and knowledgeable of the area. Gavin was very realistic that the current market wasn't great, but my unit would sell. He gave pointers on how to improve the look of the apartment and knew what buyers look for.
