I first bought a house in the area approx. 15 years and then again another house 9 years ago. Gavin was on the scene then starting out. It is nice to see now, so many years later that not only is his face solely on properties for sale, but that he is present as a senior sales consultant at each open house. We just purchased our third property in the area. He was knowledgeable about the property, if he did not know the answer then and there ,he would phone me back.
