Megan Lawrence is a very pleasant and gracious woman who explains all the processes clearly and without any assumptions that you understand realestate. She is always quick to return calls and answers any questions thoughtfully and with a smile. I came away thinking she was just the kind of person I would like to be friends with. Professional, impeccable in her manner and grooming with true people skills, Megan was such a Godsend. Nothing like the stereotypical estate agent. I can advise that it is not easy selling a property whilst living interstate. Gavin was very helpful and professional in assisting me with this auction. As there were only 3 open house days - 1 being Anzac day, prior to the auction, i appreciated Gavin following up potential buyers, plus forwarding the weekly report via email to me. The final result was unexpected, Gavin's hard work resulted in the property selling well over the reserve.

We have known Megan since June 2011 when we were just looking at the idea of selling and since then Megan has always kept in contact with us via email , phone call or even running into her at open houses or around Menai. We always knew that we would use Megan for when the time was right as we felt very comfortable with her. In October 2014 we finally found a new home to move into so then the fun and games came with trying to get the house up on the market within 2 weeks and Megan was very good and always contactable and the process was very easy. During the sale Megan gave us great feedback after every open house and even on a Sunday or after hours Megan was working on our place , we are very happy with the results and I would recommend Megan to anyone who is wanting to sell or even buy from her, megan is fantastic and you won't be disappointed. She really looks out for the buyer and the seller and gets to know everyone and their needs on what they want for a new home or for someone selling , she always had the person who brought our home in her mind and she was correct when the sale went through.
