I can advise that it is not easy selling a property whilst living interstate. Gavin was very helpful and professional in assisting me with this auction. As there were only 3 open house days - 1 being Anzac day, prior to the auction, i appreciated Gavin following up potential buyers, plus forwarding the weekly report via email to me. The final result was unexpected, Gavin's hard work resulted in the property selling well over the reserve.

We have known Megan since June 2011 when we were just looking at the idea of selling and since then Megan has always kept in contact with us via email , phone call or even running into her at open houses or around Menai. We always knew that we would use Megan for when the time was right as we felt very comfortable with her. In October 2014 we finally found a new home to move into so then the fun and games came with trying to get the house up on the market within 2 weeks and Megan was very good and always contactable and the process was very easy. During the sale Megan gave us great feedback after every open house and even on a Sunday or after hours Megan was working on our place , we are very happy with the results and I would recommend Megan to anyone who is wanting to sell or even buy from her, megan is fantastic and you won't be disappointed. We recently purchased 15 Torumba in Bangor at auction. Gavin and his team worked very hard to provide me all the information I required on the property, which was critical for me to proceed at the auction, it was clear that he was working hard to get as many potential purchasers to the action as possible. He used great skill in keeping the vendors needs first and foremost but also great consideration for the buyers, great talented professionalism from him and the Ray White Team! I think like most buyers I paid to much for the house but this is a long term investment, his vendors were very happy.
