I first met Adam at another open home in our area & at that first meeting my first impressions were I think this could be the person & real estate that could sell our house. I felt very comfortable & at ease with Adam as he came across very professional & friendly which straight away put me at ease. When we decided to put our house on the market the first person I thought of was Adam so we thought we would meet up with him & decide if Ray White Sylvania was the company for us to sell our home. After our first meeting I knew we had picked the right person & real estate to sell our home so we did not even think of going to another real estate. When we decided to sell it at auction Adam made sure everything was perfect for the first open home advising on what we needed to do and have ready for that first day. Adam & Ivan did a fantastic job in representing our home on that first open home as if it was their own which is why it only took 2 weeks to sell. The following week they had a buyer & went out of their way to sell our home for the amount we had wanted so it did not even get to go to auction, we couldn't have been happier. We found Adam to be very professional, honest & a caring person always making sure you were well informed & happy with any decisions that were made. Adam is an agent who handles problems quickly and efficiently. He does not shrink from directness, but in such a way that the client feels valued and has up to date information upon which to make decisions. The market situation at the time of selling my house was most volatile, with some pundits saying it was down, others saying stable and others saying there was still growth. Adam always was consistent in his views, and his advice proved correct in the end result. Very personable, very sure of himself and his ability, which are traits needed in the real estate business. We appreciated the support and assistance that was personally given to us from Adam and his team. Adam had strong market knowledge which helped with our sale price in the end. I thought the extra service was exceptional; Adam would always take our calls (even after hours) to discuss our concerns. We could not fault the professional service Ray White provided us; They did what they said they would do for us.
