When we decided to sell it at auction Adam made sure everything was perfect for the first open home advising on what we needed to do and have ready for that first day. Adam & Ivan did a fantastic job in representing our home on that first open home as if it was their own which is why it only took 2 weeks to sell. The following week they had a buyer & went out of their way to sell our home for the amount we had wanted so it did not even get to go to auction, we couldn't have been happier. He does not shrink from directness, but in such a way that the client feels valued and has up to date information upon which to make decisions. The market situation at the time of selling my house was most volatile, with some pundits saying it was down, others saying stable and others saying there was still growth.
