At the initial selection process (when several agencies were first interviewed) Adam made a number of commitments, which were essentially:- 1. He has very strong local knowledge having lived in the shire for 42 years, and an even more intimate knowledge of Sylvania, where he not only works, but also lives with his family 2. He is very very passionate about what he does, and is equally enthusiastic about all opportunities awarded to him 3. He has a very strong and experienced team that work together to maximise the results for the client (not in silo's competing against each other like some other agencies) 4. He has a broad database of prospective buyers and maintains a close association with same in order to maximise exposure / buying opportunities for his clients 5. His focus is very much on the buyers, and he works them hard through the campaign to build their interest and encourage them to participate 6. He has a solid bond with the auctioneer, and can control the flow of the auction process to make sure every last bid is received before close 7. He will work harder than any other agent. The last point in my view is the most critical here, which is why I've placed the text in bold. Very simply, Adam delivered on all of the above commitments, and when I stood and watched the streams of people lining up to register on auction day, I must admit it brought a tear to my eye. He promised the numbers would be strong, and they were. Adam kept us well informed along every step of the way, provided excellent and regular feedback, produced activity reports, gave good advice and made himself available to speak with us at all times (even on Sunday when out with his family. A very hardworking, diligent and honest agent who produced what could only be described as an "outstanding" result for me and my family. I have no hesitation in recommending Adam to anyone looking to sell their home.
