Working with the Ray White Cheltenham team was a delight. As a first time landlord, I was after practical and comprehensive advice to list my first property and they did not let me down. The team was highly reliable with their information and walked me through all the steps with sufficient detail and explained all the pro's and cons behind every decision I made. The price guidance was a touch higher than the actual result, but given the market & unique aspects of my property, it was understandable. I would highly recommend their services to any prospective client.
