We cannot thank Geneiveve enough. She presented our home to an exceptional standard, attending with the stylist to ensure the property was marketed to attract our particular buyer. She also had trades on hand when needed. She went over and above to organise additional private inspections and we were kept informed of each lead. We were nervous about our auction but Geneiveve clearly broke down this process. Stephen and Genevieve were absolutely phenomenal auction day. We highly recommend her.

We are delighted with the sales result in a difficult market. We contacted Genevieve a few short months ago to sell our house at Waterways. She ran with the assignment from the outset, came up with ideas for the small reno, managed the handyman/ builder and the stylist and stuck to the sales plan brilliantly. There were regular weekly feedbacks when I was overseas, and whilst the house was passed in at auction, she persisted in the after market to negotiate a great price.
