The agents are incredibly friendly. We have dealt with Lilly at the end of our tenancy who is on the ball and very responsive. Which I appreciate considering previously we didn't have any. However previous agent lacked communication. I was not notified of change of property managers. I didn't find our last one to be friendly or helpful.
