Exceptional professionalism, with a personal touch!
Exceptional professionalism throughout the whole campaign. On a more personal level, Kevin made me feel good during the process. There were times where I was having my doubts about the property selling at or above reserve, due to a combination of market trend and some mixed feedback from potential buyers, but Kevin made me feel at ease and gave me a positive outlook every time I chatted with him.

Very professional and easy to talk to.
Dylan helped us sell our apartment in Cheltenham and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He genuinely put in 110% to our sale and did everything he could to get it sold - which it did and when the market was dropping! Dylan held open house inspections every Saturday and Wednesday, always communicated progress on time, and was very professional and easy to talk to. He listened to our concerns and was very proactive. I would highly recommend Dylan and will be using him again in the future.

Personable, persistent and efficient
We have known Kevin a while. He is personable and easy to communicate with. He and his team have good processes in place and I believe they strive hard to get you the best price possible on the day. We didn’t quite get exactly what we wanted (though close!!) but we believe that’s more a reflection on a declining market than the efforts of Kevin and his team. We have once given work to someone other than Kevin and Kevin was very gracious - it’s what won him the job this time. In short I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kevin. He is not the stereotypical slimy real estate agent and you can trust he’ll do his best for you.

Above and beyond!
Right from the start, Genevieve applied a practical approach that is backed by years of understanding and representing the local market. Her recommendations are based around achieving the best outcome for the seller and the buyer and ensuring that the process can occur with the minimum of fuss. There are a lot of (big and small) activities required to properly prepare and sell a house and she takes them all on with impressive energy and professionalism while keeping you well informed along the way.
