Honestly seems to be a bit unprofessional. I’ve rented for 6 years before ray white and had no issues with the agency that looked after the rental I was living in. Leave it a day before rent is due to remind a tennent about a clause they signed in a contract 4 weeks ago. That it takes 4 buisness days to clear the rent so technically your rent isn’t due on the day...it’s due 4 buisness days before. So they wait until the day before it’s due to tell you which means it will transfer and you’ll be behind in rent, you have to come into the office instead. But then they just blame you for it anyway...
