We approached Kevin because of his knowledge of the area, didn't expect to sign up with him on same day but we did, that showed how well he presented himself and talked through in detail the process in which he would market and sell our place. Throughout the campaign, Kevin, Elise and wider team kept us up to date on progress, was always available to answer any of our questions. The day before the auction Kevin went through step by step how the auction would go which was great to help us prepare for the day. He even got our dog a new bowl with her name engraved which was a nice touch and appreciated. Day of the auction Kevin and team did a marvelous job, they knew we were nervous but seeing them and talking to them reassured us.
