Throughout the whole sales campaign, Kevin & his team were brilliant! Having been on the market twice before with other agencies, I just wanted an agent who would be honest and contact me regularly and that is exactly what Kevin and his team did! As soon as my property was listed with Kevin, a WhatsApp group was created - the team was responsive, open and honest. Everyone worked really hard, kept me up to date and well informed at all times. Unfortunately during the campaign, we went into stage 4 lockdown, however, Kevin was proactive and we conducted a virtual inspection. The week of easing restrictions, we ended up selling for a great price, considering the current market. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and his team to everyone. Kevin's excellent Facebook livestreams during lockdown explaining how real estate industry works, and updates on the sold properties gave us confidence our house will be sold. Overall we're very satisfied with the campaign and the result. Regardless of the unprecedented restrictions surrounding the campaign, limits to face to face inspections and auctions, Kevin and his team managed to achieve an optimal result for us.
