I first met Angela when she did an appraisal of my home a couple of years ago. At that stage I wasn't sure if I would sell it or hang on to it as an investment property. She kept in touch and was helpful in suggesting properties I might have been interested in. Throughout the campaign I was happy with how Angela and Dylan built a relationship with buyers and got a real sense of their interest. I don't feel this is the case with all agents. I would readily recommend Angela and Ray White.

When the decision was made to sell we contacted Kevin in the first instance. He had performed a market appraisal for us many years before and had maintained the relationship with annual contact to see what plans we had. From the initial meeting we impressed with both his general knowledge and deep insights into the Cheltenham real estate market. We signed up knowing that the plan he put forward should be followed to the letter, which is what we did. Engaging a stylist to present the house, video presentation, brochures and online presence exposed our property to countless more people than we expected. This was reflected in the number of people who came to the home opens. It was a short sharp campaign from a highly experienced team led by Kevin. All interactions and communications were on time and above expectations. Auction day itself was an amazing experience. A huge crowd with seven active bidders which Kevin kept engaged throughout. The final two bidders brought the final sale price to a much higher price than our expectations. We would highly recommend Kevin and his team to any prospective sellers.

After meeting and discussing the sale of our property with several agents in the area, Angela by far worked the hardest to win our business. Angela came to us fully prepared with all of the information required to make us feel comfortable which left us with very few unanswered questions that were promptly answered by Angela on the spot. It is obvious that Angela is very passionate about her work which was then reflected throughout the entire campaign. Our campaign felt as though it was one of the longest on record due to the Covid-19 restrictions being put in place only days after launching.
