Kevin explained everything we needed to know about about the plan of action for the sale of our Metone home and even when due to unforeseen circumstances our plan of sale dramatically changed Kevin and his team did not miss a beat ensuring that we would have the best outcome. We required a number of jobs attended to at the property and again Kevin and his team arranged this with absolutely no fuss, the full marketing campaign, home styling and photography were all arranged within days and flowed perfectly. Kevin also arranged to have the cost of marketing etc to be billed after the sale was finalized which took a huge financial burden off our shoulders. A group chat was arranged by Kevin and his team and I received regular updates on the progress of the sale aswell as weekly marketing campaign emails and weekly phone calls to discuss the progress. Kevin and his team were always completely honest and frank giving much appreciated advice and insight into the plan ahead with our weekly phone meetings which always set our minds at ease. Shortly after our property went on the market stage four lock downs occurred and yet despite this Kevin and his incredible team sold our property after working incredibly hard following up on each and every enquiry. We are still slightly in shock that given the toughest possible selling conditions-stage 4 lock down due to Covid Kevin and his team pulled,what we thought was impossible, off, selling our unit at a fantastic price. I honestly cannot recommend Kevin and his whole team more highly, each team member gives 110% they kept us informed every step of the way, our calls and messages always immediately responded to, I can honestly say we will always choose Kevin and his team in the future.

Angela has done a really great job selling our property. Starting from planning, through the property inspections and up until the auction, she was very supportive and always provided very insightful views and and recommendations. When friends or family ask why we chose Kevin to be our agent, it was for a number of reasons but the first impression we got, made for a very solid foundation. Kevin called within a minute of me speaking to his associate and had a very easy going nature. Both my husband and I felt at ease with him and we had interviewed 5 real estate agents so we weren't going with our first pick! Communication was fantastic with updates after all viewings, personal whatsapp group and any questions we had were answered quickly. It just felt right for both of us to go with Kevin and we are so glad we did! It isn't an easy time to sell a property during a pandemic and we sold mid July when the covid cases were increasing etc. Kevin got the sale done within our 4 wk campaign and as a family with small children this was such a blessing!
