The team was also excellent in dealing with our tenants who were still in the property at the time of the sale, I truly believed they worked in our best interests while ensuring our tenants were also comfortable with the process. Kevin was the agent who sold our property to us. He was at all times extremely friendly and professional, responsive to all our queries before, during and after the sale. His team were equally good. On the day we moved in, Kevin and team gave us some extremely thoughtful, personalised gifts, and even wrapped the front door in a big bow which was such a lovely touch! Kevin and the team were picked as we had witnessed a few open inspections the auction day which was brilliantly executed. You get absolutely what is promised from frequent comms via Whatsapp group which made everything very easy to manage, we received honest experienced backed advice, great connections for styling, high quality brochure and fabulous dusk photography and a brilliant write up. What impressed us most was the personal connection with this agent as we were really looked after by him during the testing time of trying to sell a house during the peak of covid-19. Kevin is very committed to the promise he makes when you sign him as your agent.
