His team are simply amazing. They went above and beyond, and worked seamlessly to charm potential buyers. They made my life as a seller very easy using the latest communication methods. Being an Interstate seller, they took care of my every need, from bringing the bins in, sweeping the drive and regularly driving by to check on the property. They made smart suggestions which helped with the successful sale. I particularly liked the thoughtful, and ethical way they dealt with my tenant prior to the sale, which showed the class of this agency. The team provide a minimum of weekly, but often daily updates on the progress of the sale. The technology used in marketing including the quality of photos and videos are excellent, and the team has the contacts required to achieve this, including recommending great stylists. We shortlisted 3 agencies, one didn't do anything, one might have brought potential buyers but delayed. Kevin and his team of Nakita, Sarah and Mia, jumped on our project and within a week had brought people through, found a buyer and completed the sale at a price that is awesome. I don't see a Real Estate Agent as a cost when selling property (l have sold a lot of property over the years) l see the right agent as a partner in achieving a result, when l met Genevieve it was obvious that she has a passion and drive that most people can relate to if not aspire to. From day one the passion and drive made the entire process rather interesting and exciting, whilst l would not recommend anyone try and sell their property just before a Federal Election (that could have altered the course of Australia for many years to come) Genevieve held firm that she felt the timing was suitable to allow her to maximise my return on my property. I am very pleased to say that it's ok from time to time to get thing's wrong and this was one of those times as whilst l did NOT agree with the timing l trusted Genevieve and she proved me wrong and ended up with an outstanding result. If you are Fussy, Detailed and a little painful in relation to detail and results like me, then you will be EXTREMELY happy with Geneveieve, not only a GREAT partner but a very nice person as well.
