On auction day, the entire team were present and we had at least 6 bidders. We were so glad we chose to go with Kevin! From word go- Kevin was there. His market knowledge is next to none. we feel Kevin has made the best effort to get us the beat price and we ended up achieving well above our expectation. His team support is incredible, since helping preparing the house for sale to weekly catch up to discuss progress. We went to the auction knowing exactly how many bidders were there. Whilst the outcome was disappointing as the sale price was below my expectations, Genevieve was professional, energetic and worked extremely hard to get the sale across the line. In fairness, whilst the result was not what I had hoped for, Waterways is quite unique in that it is a bit of a hidden secret and not many people know the suburb actually exists, so it is not an easy sell.
