From the first meeting, Kevin was professional, insightful to current market, positive and keen to take on our selling. We were first home sellers who had an extremely bad experience with another agent in the area, there was no comparison between the two agents. The team approach was welcoming and all staff were very mindful of how stressful the previous months had been, with a failed offer and failed auction. From the first week on the market, we received almost daily calls, professional reports and it was obvious that Kevin’s team were all working very hard for a successful outcome on auction day. On auction day, the entire team were present and we had at least 6 bidders. My friends watched the auction, streamed in Adelaide, and stated that Kevin fantastic and worked the bidders very hard to the last cent available.
