First and only choice
Kevin was Dads first and only choice for the day when he was finally ready to sell . It’s refreshing to have an agent who is not only highly professional but attentive with their clients. The elderly can sometimes take that little bit longer to do things or love to tell that long winded tale . Kevin has an abundance of patience and a very kind manner in his approach with everyone. Can’t forget ... his fabulous skills as a fantastic auctioneer. Kevin’s team at Ray White are all just as terrific and make you feel very comfortable and reassured with the whole sale process. Dad and I certainly appreciate how much work goes into promoting and marketing a property, we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome from the sale!! Many thanks to Kevin and the team .

Very driven, confident, professional with great communication skills.
Being a first time seller I was very selective about the agent I chose. Kevin and the Ray White Team were extremely helpful with advice on how to prepare my home explaining how the process of preparing, marketing and selling my home would be moving forward. Kevin has excellent local knowledge of current market and sales trends, providing weekly Property Campaign Reports and statistics on my property. They worked tirelessly with the marketing campaign throughout, working seven days a week. Kevin's negotiation skills on auction day were absolutely incredible which produced the best outcome. I can't thank him enough for the way he managed our auction. I would thoroughly recommend Kevin and the Ray White Team.

Highly Professional and Experienced Agent!
Ray White is a highly professional Real Estate company. I would not hesitate in using their services again in the future. Marketing - Excellent The photos and video presentation posted on the internet were excellent. They generated interest from prospective buyers. Buyers were able to view our property easily, which often lead to an inspection. High quality printed information showing the price range and details of our home. Buyers were invited to attend the auction even though their budget may have been lower than the asking price of the property. Communication - Excellent Weekly emailed report from the agent giving us detailed information regarding the interest level, feedback and how the agent addressed any buyer concerns relating to the property. Negotiation Skills - Excellent Kevin went beyond our expectations when negotiating with the buyer after our property was passed in at auction. We were expecting to do the work and come up with acceptable offers during the negotiating, however, Kevin did all the work and used his experience to arrive at a fair and best price for the buyer and vendor. Auctioneer - Excellent Kevin is a highly professional, competent auctioneer. His experience and expertise in the business is clearly evident in the way he carried out the auction. He reinforced all the positive aspects of the property (selling the property, not defending it) before the auction began and kept the bids moving. We were thrilled with the final price offered for our property, as well as having it sold on the day of auction. Public Relations - Excellent Kevin and his team are highly organised, friendly, kind and caring. They provided lovely, thoughtful gestures throughout the campaign. For example, flowers were given to our family at the initial visit after the sad loss of our precious brother. Flowers on the day of auction to wish us all the best, gifts to buyer and vendor after sale. Balloons were a nice touch. Several agents present at the auction to assist.

Awesome Angela!!
