What I liked about Kevin from the start was how well prepared he was. He came with all the stats and graphs of the sales in the area and told us truthfully exactly what we were in for from the start. He did this with respect, professionalism and without ever being pushy or arrogant. We had met with a handful of agents prior to meeting Kevin and none of them came with any groundwork information of the area but were either arrogant and nonchalant or aggressively pushy. While we were making our decision Kevin kept in touch with us, sending us information on the surrounding relevant auctions and what relevant properties were selling for. He did this while never pushing us to sign up, it was just for our information which I thought was really professional and kind. Leading up to the auction Kevin and the team worked tirelessly to make the day perfect. They followed up all all leads and were very thorough in gathering information from all interested parties to get the best possible prediction of what may or may not happen on auction day. While Kevin was doing all this for us and for all his other clients he was also always available to us to answer all our questions. I think out of the 100 calls I gave him (sorry Kevin), he only missed 2 but was very quick in returning my call. Auction day was made perfect by Kevin’s negotiation skills, I was a bit worried for a while there but with persistence and skill, we got a price that we were really happy with. Kevin and all the team at Ray White Cheltenham have all work together like a well oiled machine for me and my family and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property.
