On that day we witnessed and outstanding and dynamic young professional whose charismatic manner and persuasive style resulted in extracting every last bid with integrity and respect for all parties concerned. We then met with Kevin and our decision was firmly made. His interpersonal skills and professionalism and knowledge of the housing market in our area were so impressive as he then continued on to explain the comprehensive Ray White Sales strategy and how the team operated. We also appreciated Kevin personally attending each house opening and immediately afterwards would telephone with informative feedback from those that attended. The weekly vendor report was also very comprehensive too. This is the 1st time I have sold a property and I am very happy with the process followed by Ray White, the team, the method and timeliness of information supplied and the final outcome. Kevin knows his job well and personally oversaw the process beginning to end which made the biggest difference to me. He took care of the smallest detail and kept me informed every step of the day.
