It was my first time selling a property, I felt very much the novice. From my first meeting with Kevin I had a good understanding of the sale procedure and Kevin felt like a very trust worthy person! Kevin shows a high level of real estate knowledge and was always extremely helpful. During the campaign Kevin demonstrated excellent communication, via mobile phone calls, SMS and emails. This was very important to me as I was not local to the area. Kevin was always available to answer my questions. He kept me well informed at all times. Property Reports were always completed on time, well written and very detailed, which gave me a great understanding of exactly how many people were interested in my property, their thoughts and feedback. Come auction day I already had a good idea on who and how many people were going to be bidding for my property. On auction day Kevin was assisted by a large team from Ray White. Not only did I have the CEO from Ray White sitting with me and relaying information to me about what was happening during the auction. Every potential buyer was also teamed up with a member from Ray White. This definitely decreased the anxiety level for all involved. Kevin's auctioneering skills were phenomenal, second to none! As a result of this and the entire campaign my unit was sold for a record price in the area. Both myself and the buyer were very happy. I was very happy with Kevin's handling of the sale of our house. He kept me up to date during the campaign, gave me advice and his reading of the market. Auction day was handled brilliantly- by the solid pre-action contact of all interested parties he and his team achieved a great turn out. On top of that I was particularly impressed with the number of his collegues who were there on the day (there must have been 10, and each potential bidder had a Ray White person with them throughout the auction). The auction was well prepared- crowds, staff, coffee van and balloons- it looked like it was the main action in Cheltenham/Mentone that day. His handling of the auction process was very strong/sales pitch, and he was able to really build up heated competion between the bidders and so kept things going (far longer than is usually the case with auctions). Above all else he achieved a fantastic result, with a price we really were not expecting . A big thank you to Kevin, Mark and all their team - Ive certainly been singing your praises far and wide.

In choosing Kevin Chokshi as our agent, the choice was initially made because ,after giving us a valuation on the property last July, he continued to update me on auctions/ results through to March this year. His feedback on all this was excellent. When it came time to choose someone for the auction, he was willing to meet with various family members , taking all their views into consideration. While family members did their own research on the real estate results in the Mentone area, Kevin was giving us similar information, confirming that we were all on the same page. He showed great integrity in all his interactions with family members. Although I was not part of the actual sale process, the view of one of my family, who attended the auction reported to me that Kevin worked extremely hard to give us a successful outcome. A relative involved in real estate was extremely impressed with his negotiation skills , all done in a friendly( not aggressive!) manner. I believe he successfully talked up the property's attributes.
