He was able to contact potential buyers and arrange an inspection/offer. We sold our property above the price we were expecting within a couple of weeks of signing with Ray White. At this tough market for apartment selling, Ben was always there to answer all my concerns n provide valuable solutions. I really like his professionalism and positive thinking, especially when I was upset and stressed. Unlike other agents in his office who kept telling me my unit was shit and not gonna be sold for the price I wanted. He has constantly insured that my unit would be sold.
