I was recommend Nick's services from my real estate agent who had known of Nick from past sales. From the first call Nick was very helpful and guided me through the process, was very friendly and definately knew the market. He had the property on the market within the next few days and Nick took care of the rest. NIck would call to update me on the progress and potential buyers and before long we had a buyer arranged. A quick trip to his office to sign the contract and the sale was complete. Nick took ownership of the sale from start to finish and I would highly recommend his services for anyone looking to sell or buy. I will definately use Nick's services again in the future. Keith.
