Ben Boutros made my first property sale stress-less, a process that other friends have told me was something that they wanted to forget as it was so ghastly. He was quietly efficient. He always was contactable and turned up when he said he would, and rang you when he said he would. His communication skills are unsurpassable. He always listened to your concerns, and answered them. You never felt rushed. His genuineness is a first in Sydney, where impersonal business relationships are the rule.This, with his knowledge and expertise in the property field, made the experience actually positive! He also was an unfaze-able expert in negotiation and obtained for me a very much better-than-hoped-for price. From an older person's and first vendor's point-of-view, to use a quaint term, Ben is also a gentleman; a very rare quality. these days. I would highly recommended him to anyone wishing to buy or sell.

I chose Ben as my agent because his name was on a number of units which had sold well in Sep, Oct . 2015. Ben was very helpful at all stages of the process, preparing the advertising, arriving before time at open house, contacting me after inspections to let me know results. I was away over xmas, new year and Ben kept showing my house. ben followed up all visitors and kept in touch with those interested. the market slowed over the months I had the house on the market and we did not reach the price we had set but given the market I got a realistic price, one criticism ben' s original quote was too high, so my expectations were raised. that said ben was courteous,, kept tabs on visitors and we sold at a quiet time when the market was slowing.
