Dear Nick, I have really enjoyed working with you for the sale of my mother’s house in Ermington just recently. I’ve heard some people say that anyone can sell a property in Sydney these days. That might be vaguely true, but I think that there are 3P’s that underlie a really satisfying and successful sale. People, Professionalism and Price. Nick, you deliver on all three. People. I get the feeling Nick truly likes people, understands people, listens, explains and it shows in everything he does. Nick is great to talk to, he wants to hear what you think about real estate/sales (and other things too!) and he has skilled but subtle negotiation skills. He was knowledgeable in many aspects of the property’s potential, and was willing to discuss all this in detail before he knew he had my custom. He assured me that he had an existing list of specific buyers on his books that would be keen on this property. He was spot on with this. Professionalism. Nick must really love the real estate business. He is enthusiastic, and just the right amount. He knows when you need some space and time to think. He is polite and courteous, patient and thorough. He just seems to know when to phone/SMS you and when not to. He makes predictions and they proved true (all of them? Well, I have trouble thinking of something that wasn’t!) So we had a plan all set for advertising and auction, but Nick advised that we should wait and use a 2 to 3 week pre-market phase before committing to that expense. We sold in that short time. Again he was spot on. Price. I suppose that might be the number one issue for a sale, but without people skills and a professional approach, it won’t leave the vendor as content as they should be. Nick’s price range estimate was again spot on, and he achieved a sale price at the top of the range, well above my independent valuation. Many thanks Nick, it has been a delight to sell with you. Keep working the way you do, it's simply great!
