I felt completely taken care of

I first encountered Justin and Ray White Thirroul several years ago as a tenant, and because of the way they managed that property, I knew that when I became a landlord they were the agency I wanted handling mine. When the decision came to sell, it wasn't even a question for me to go elsewhere. Justin managed the process for me completely, liaising with my tenants sensitively and ensuring the sales process was seamless for me. I have hardly had to do a thing. His market knowledge is comprehensive, and he has been realistic with me in setting expectations, while at the same time doing his best to get me the best possible deal in a market that isn't as easy as it was 12 months ago. Simply the best

Justin was amazing in all aspects of the selling my home , from start to finish . Justin was professional always, but friendly and always listened to me about my needs and want . I trusted Justin as soon as I met him his ease , his knowledge of real estate , and the understanding of the current market . Justin Explained to me how it would work and his ideas , but also listened to me and what I thought . He always said it was my decision at the end of the day as I was the owner . But I listened to Justin and trust him . This market has been hard but he never gave up . He would always explain what was next , and asked how I was and my kids . He set out to achieve the best result for me and he did . I must also mention Tracey was amazing too , very kind. Caring lady And always making me smile. Thank you Tracey .
