Justin was amazing in all aspects of the selling my home , from start to finish . Justin was professional always, but friendly and always listened to me about my needs and want . Justin, Nicole and the team at Ray White Thirroul did a great job at marketing and selling our home. They certainly talked to everyone at the time who was searching for a home in the area and ran an excellent auction campaign. Justin controlled the auction again in great form and achieved a very good result considering there was only one bidder, convincing him to continue to raise their bid against themselves u set we were happy with the result. Nicole was up front about what we could expect and what was needed. She and her team aid attention to our interests and kept us in the loop. Her assessment of the market and how to deal with prospective buyers and lose the sale was spot on. And with the difficulties of preparing the house for sale in COVID times and us out of town and unable to travel, Nicole was fantastic in helping organise the clearing and cleaning of the garden and house - pitching in herself and tapping a network of reasonably priced cleaners and gardeners who did a great job.
