Outstanding Service and Professionalism.
In the last month, after meeting with two other agents, Tom from the Matt Micallef office of Ray White rang me, and impressed me so much initially, I actually let him do a valuation on my late father's Home without me being there, as I had gone interstate.
He rang me from there, bursting with genuine enthusiasm in regard to the property, and what he, and on discussion with Matt could achieve ......
I was so blown away with the sheer passion and drive, I remember saying to my brothers " He nearly sold it to me"
I gave it to him on the spot to handle, and from that minute on, I was kept informed of all results, and only real offers, which as I may not have mentioned, was a big issue as there are four executors to this estate, and between Tom and I we managed to communicate quickly and efficiently to all. When I finally did get to meet Tom, unannounced at an open home of the property, I was very impressed, he was a genuine upfront honest nice guy, and that's exactly the persona he gives off, perfect for being a real estate professional.
We had a false start with an offer, which was very quickly transferred into an extremely good true offer from a different buyer two weeks prior to auction... all in all I think the sale was done and dusted in 3 weeks.
Tom was fantastic with all communication, and along with Jodie, who was an absolute pleasure to deal with, who seems to be in charge of a very professional and efficient Admin team,
was marvellous.
Dealing with them was a pleasure.
I probably should mention, more importantly than all the above, Tom and the team managed to get close to $200,000 more that both original agents thought the property would get.
My brothers and I are absolutely " blown away " with the result!
