Greg was extremely patient waiting for us to decide on the right agent and the speed at which the property was sold proved we made the right decision! Respecting our wishes not to have unnecessary open homes made for a good working relationship. His knowledge of the market and guidance as to what the selling price should be were invaluable. We took "most" of Greg's advice regarding staging the house for inspection and he gave us simple but effective suggestions regarding ways to connect rooms with colour and design and the importance of removing clutter which can detract from the buyers first impressions. Many homeowners think their property is worth more but we had no illusions and Greg didn't get us over excited about prices. He "plays his cards close to his chest" probably knowing all along that he would find the buyer (or indeed knew the buyer) who was willing to pay a little more for the right home. The ink was hardly dry on the Appointment of Real Estate Agent form and it was sold! There were no unnecessary open homes and just a few parties who were "really interested". Thanks Greg and Team

Matt and his team sold my house for a great price. Although the auction did not do as well as hoped, the follow up and commitment to selling this property produced a great result. Ray White have excellent connections to get things done, from last minute maintenance to styling the house with furniture and decorations. It was a strong team effort !
