We met Matt around 5 years ago at an open home on camberwell circuit. He was inviting, charismatic and memorable. We debated over whether or not his baggy suit and morning hair was intentional. We stayed in touch, frequently declaring to Matt that we were ready to do something - we just weren’t sure what it was. Matt was always patient and confident. In November we reached out again, and told Matt we were ready to list. We shared our hesitation about listing in December and listing when there were two other houses opposite on the market. He reassured us that good property always sells, no matter the time of year and that he will work hard to make sure of it. Needless to say, we had an offer in 3 days that exceeded our expectations. Couldn't recommend Matt and his team anymore. They hold a very high standard of professionalism and cater for all your needs from start to finish. Our sale comprised of constant communication with multiple individuals and they keep on top of, never failed to reply or assist in all way possible. In fact at all times they went above and beyond their call of duty to get the outcome desired and they did not disappoint, rather exceeded expectations.
