In November we reached out again, and told Matt we were ready to list. We shared our hesitation about listing in December and listing when there were two other houses opposite on the market. He reassured us that good property always sells, no matter the time of year and that he will work hard to make sure of it. Needless to say, we had an offer in 3 days that exceeded our expectations.
