What's around 5 Beecroft Place

A Private Sanctuary Just Minutes from Everything - With Coastal Views from the Master

Dear Future Owners, When I first walked into this home, I had a feeling straight away - this was somewhere I could truly settle. The location was a major drawcard. Being just 10 minutes to virtually everything I need makes daily life incredibly easy, yet tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home feels private, peaceful and removed from the rush of the world. There's no through traffic, the neighbours are wonderful, and there's a genuine sense of calm here that's hard to find. The home itself also stood out immediately. It sits on a generous block of land, and the quality of the build and interior design really impressed me. Since then, it has only grown more special with its beautiful renovation - revealing expansive internal living spaces, a stunning designer kitchen, and seamless connection to the outdoors. If there's one space I've loved most, it would be the deck. It captures the breeze so beautifully and has been my favourite place to unwind. In summer, I've spent countless afternoons and evenings out there doing yoga, enjoying the airflow and the openness. It feels elevated, light and restorative. In winter, the magic shifts indoors. The first living room fills with warm, filtered northerly light in the mornings, and I've treasured quiet moments there - meditating, reading a book, or simply enjoying a self-made coffee while the house feels still and peaceful. The study has also been a space I've gravitated toward. With a lovely cross-breeze and an eclectic, relaxed feel, it's been the perfect spot to think, work and reset. There are also practical benefits that you may not immediately notice but make everyday living so much easier. The home offers an incredible amount of storage and the gas cooking is something I've always appreciated. The wraparound yard is fully fenced with lush grass, making it both private and versatile. The designer kitchen with oak feature battens, stone benchtops and gas cooking anchors the open-plan living area, while the timber-cladded high raked ceilings create warmth and architectural character. The easy indoor-outdoor flow to the large timber deck makes entertaining effortless. The master suite is a peaceful retreat, complete with walk-in robe, ensuite and even views stretching towards Broadbeach - a subtle reminder of how close you are to everything, while still enjoying your own quiet sanctuary. If I could take one thing with me, it would be the private deck area where I have spent so much time - the breeze, the light, and the feeling of calm it brings. This home has been a place of simplicity, comfort and quiet joy. I hope it offers you the same sense of peace and ease that it has given me. Thanks Micallef and the team

I was actually choosing between Matt (a friend’s recommendation) and another agent at the beginning of pondering on selling my house after the new year and now looking back, it’s clear that I made the right decision and I am so grateful. Thanks Matt for all the help. Price wise, it didn’t exceed my initial reserve price, but given the softening market, interest hikes and war etc happening all of sudden during the early process of the sale, I adjusted my expectation and reserve and we still achieved a great result so thanks for the amazing work Matt. We ended up with a cash buyer who is also Matt’s client and he helped to align the expectations of both parties which I believe would not have been achieved elsewhere with any other agent. This has confirmed Matt’s pitch before our engagement that he is good at negotiation and that he has abundant local buyer resources. During the process, he respected my decision and didn’t rush me. I love his approach as we laid out the facts, what we can do and what we can’t do. I know there are way too many ‘salesy’ agents in the market who just wanted an outcome to earn the commission. And as a former investment banker I know exactly what it would look like otherwise and that’s why I really appreciate Matt. It was not a length process. We managed to secure the contract about 2-3 weeks after the market launch. By the way, Matt also represents the team working behind. The team is super helpful including giving tips of staging and managing open homes. Special shoutout to Jody who is meticulous in helping with the whole process from marketing to settlement, in particular, I was away for a week when we did the initial preparation work. Neither Matt nor Jody recommended any unnecessary capital works that didn’t yield any immediate return including staging. Would strongly recommend the team to anyone. I am now on the same page with my friend: this is the best team on the GC if you want to sell your property.
