I chose Reuben from a list of three real estates I interviewed. I found his approach to be straightforward, honest and methodical.

From the first short meeting nearly a year before we put our property on the market until final listing, Reuben and his team were there for us. From advice on process to things that needed to be legally completed, communication was timely and professional. Reuben’s obvious experience and knowledge of the market lead to us achieving an excellent outcome. We would not hesitate to recommend Reuben and his team to intending vendors.

Richard delivered an effective, well planned marketing approach for the property. He kept me well informed while the property was on the market and under contract. Richard provided valuable insights into the market and the selling process. Richard's knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable, as was his advice on the presentation of the property. Richard's deep experience was valuable, and his consistent approach was much appreciated. An excellent vendor experience.

Richard Crist was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He was very accommodating with respect to our needs given that we were new to the Australian Housing market. My wife and I greatly appreciated Richard's efforts. Thank you very much.

Richard was the ultimate professional; diligent, astute, dependable, persistent, thorough with his research and great with communication. All the qualities that one could hope for when entrusting someone to sell a valuable asset on the open market

Every now and then, you come across someone who restores your faith in something....and Richard was this person! After constant bad experiences with agents in our area, we came across a home we loved, and an agent I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and everyone! Richard was open, honest, professional, but most importantly he was genuine and caring for both the vendor he was representing and us as buyers. I would highly recommend Richard as an agent, and I know that if we were to sell, I would not hesitate to reach out to him. A huge thanks to Richard for helping us with our beautiful new home!
