Only met Ben when we had virtually decided on the property that was listed with another agent. I found Ben very easy to talk to, polite, what he didn't know in regards to the property he quickly found out. Was kept notified of what was happening as with the negotiation of price and settlement. Overall I would recommend Ben, and if we ever are in the hunt for real estate again, I will try to get in contact with Ben again.
