Fantastic Agent
Wade was consistently proactive and helpful from the very first inspection, all the way through to settlement. There were a few setbacks (with a mortgage broker) in order to get the property unconditional that were entirely out of Wade's control, and it's fair to say that without Wade's professional and efficient correspondence with the sellers; the sale more than likely would have fallen through. Thanks heaps Wade; very much appreciated.

Very polite and easy to talk to
Only met Ben when we had virtually decided on the property that was listed with another agent. I found Ben very easy to talk to, polite, what he didn't know in regards to the property he quickly found out. Was kept notified of what was happening as with the negotiation of price and settlement. Overall I would recommend Ben, and if we ever are in the hunt for real estate again, I will try to get in contact with Ben again.

Wade was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the area. He was not a pushy Agent just looking for a sale, we trusted what he said and felt very comfortable dealing with him. Hard worker
