Sorry for taking so long to do this! Wade was Neil's choice of agent, and to start with, I felt he was just a big too "gung ho" for me. As we dealt with him, my opinion changed, and I found him to be keen, reliable, credible and pretty sensible as well. We took his advice on a number of things, including retaining the services of a stylist, and all his advice turned out to be good advice. He was always very well presented. punctual and professional in his manner and attitude. I would readily recommend him (and have done so to a number of people). Thank you Wade - well done!

Went the extra mile
My circumstances were probably a bit different to the average vendor as I was significantly absent with pre-arranged travelling. Ben stepped-up and covered any issues which arose in my absence. This was above-and-beyond any experience I or any of my friends have experienced with estate agents. I appreciate the efforts he went to on my behalf.
