Charles has always been incredibly knowledgable and always stayed in touch in relation to keeping us updated on changes in the local market. When deciding to sell our property, we reached out to 4 agents in the area. Max was the only one who responded in the promised timeframe and he presented himself with professionalism and an optimistic attitute that we certainly needed given the COVID-19 situation. Max was of great help since day 1, guiding us to prepare the property for sale. We were on full speed to tick all the boxes and everything else went smooth afterwards. Our property was sold within 2 weeks on the market. It's dissapointing that we couldn't get the price we wanted, simply because the market was not at its peak. Yet we believe we couldn't do any better with another agent, and we would definitely recommend Max if you need an agent for your property in Rosebery.
