I have known Roger for some time as he specialises in the local Kensington / Kingsford area, unlike other agents Roger tries to understand his clients needs and timing rather than just looking for listings and hope buyers come along to an auction. In our case he knew our position with pending retirement and down size plans so when he identified the right buyer the whole transaction happened in less than a week, this saved us considerable time and money in not having to place the house on the market with copious inspections for weeks and a unknown pricing expectation, instead we achieved the right price and I also believe the buyers got great value for money given the location and condition of the house, all in all a great outcome for all parties
