Max kept me up to date with the offer I had put in with Manny on the day of inspection
Max kept me appraised where I was at with my Conveyancer going through the contract in readiness for me putting down the 10% deposit. He has been helpful in giving me access to the unit tomorrow to measure some rooms and check on some fixtures that we couldn't see because of the furniture in situ.

Max is by far the best agent I've dealt with

The best of the best
Roger knocked on my door, like most agents do and said he had a buyer. Most of the agents who do this are just full of it I told Roger my price (which was inflated) and gave him a contract and short agency agreement period. Within 3 days, I had a signed contract of my desk at the price I wanted. His service is the best I have seen in the industry and would highly recommend him to anyone.
