The only bit we were not fully satisfied with was communications ahead of the marketing campaign, as some of our emails and WhatsApp messages went unanswered and needed to be followed up with phone calls; we are aware that there was some staff turnover at Ray White Touma Group at the time, which may have driven the initial communication issues. But overall, these were relatively minor issues and the main thing is the end result!
