Our experience with Ray White is indescribable. Firstly communication was poor through Lisa. I was verbally abused on the phone by Lisa and she declined to meet up with me after the element for a meet and greet. Wshe said she wasn’t available.

From the first phone call to Paul through to settlement collecting the keys from both Paul and Melissa the experience was very pleasant. Both Paul and Melissa communicated well throughout the entire process. Each time I requested either information or arranged an appointment, they were quick and willing to respond and fit in with my schedule. I believe the husband-and-wife team is a great idea, it works very well, and makes sense as they can literally 'be in two places at once'! Should I have the need for a knowledgeable, communicative and professional real estate agent in the near future, the Kotze team will be my first call!
