Lisa's market knowledge was good. One of the reasons we went with her was her assertion in the interview that she had a list of buyers for Annandale, but then she refused to bring them through before the styling was done and we had committed to the marketing costs. Otherwise her assessment of the market appeared accurate, although she did try to get us to list for a lower "offers over" price than we wanted. Her negotiation skills with the buyers were excellent and we received a good price above what we asked. She also checked in regularly with us to see if we needed assistance with anything. Olivia Lowe, her assistant, gave excellent service, also. Both of them responded to text or email queries promptly.

As this was the first time I had sold a property I was fairly nervous, however Dan made the whole process run seamlessly. He guided me every step of the way explaining the process to me in a language I could understand and kept me updated every step of the way. I was also impressed by his knowledge of the market and other sales in my area. He gave me valuable advice on how to present the property as well. His professionalism and his connections were invaluable. He organised for a local Men’s Shed to come and clean out my late husband’s tool shed, something that had been overwhelming me. He also contacted a pool safety company to inspect the pool area and then for a handyman to come in and implement the work that the pool inspector had listed needing to be done to pass inspection. I was really happy with price he achieved as it was well above what I expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan to anyone wanting to sell their property for the best possible result.
