Giovanni has always been very responsive to any query or request, very professional (including during negotiations with the vendor) and has a deep understanding of the local market. He has also assisted in connecting us with insurance brokers / providers and in working through potential tax issues - something that other real estate agents I have dealt with have not had the understanding or willingness to assist with. In addition, he has been very helpful in managing both the pre-settlement inspection and the cyclone situation when we were not able to be in Townsville for settlement (which was also on the day the cyclone was due to arrive). This included securing appliances and taking down and storing a shade sail that was likely to be an issue in the winds. He not only has a great grasp on the local property market, but clearly has a wide network in Townsville and is happy to recommend folk who can be of assistance to you in other areas. That is invaluable, when you are from out of town. Finally, he clearly shows a personal interest in the issues that his buyers face and does his best to help navigate through those issues. I couldn't recommend Giovanni more highly in all these regards. Thanks for making our purchase such a smooth one.
