I cannot say enough good about Ricardo from his professionalism, constant communication, updates, advice and reassurance during what was a tough period with a tenant wanting to buy the house to us terminating there contract due to multiple extensions and then the tenant being being kicked out for breaching rental contract to the tenant squatting in the house without Ricardo there guiding us through the process I couldn’t imagine the pain for our family. Not once was anything to tough in a tough situation he was proactive until the end to get the sale. Will definitely recommend Ricardo to everyone.
